Day 2 – Monday: Texas Wine Country
Begin the day with a scenic drive to Fredericksburg in Texas Hill Country. Enjoy a private guided wine tour, complete with three tastings. Return to Austin for an elegant dinner experience.

Day 3 – Tuesday: Culture & Cuisine
Start your morning with a guided matcha and coffee crawl through Austin. Indulge in a Michelin-starred BBQ lunch before an afternoon private craft cocktail class at a hidden speakeasy. In the evening, savor dinner at one of Austin’s top restaurants, followed by a line dancing class at a local Texas saloon.

Day 4 – Wednesday: Cowboy Country
Travel to Waco in a luxury van with your guide for the day. Enjoy lunch and boutique shopping at the renowned Magnolia Market before an afternoon horseback riding experience with a cowboy-style dinner included.

Day 5 – Thursday: Lakeside Leisure
Spend the morning on a private sailing experience on Lake Travis. In the afternoon, delight in a private artisan cheese tasting, and gather for a farewell dinner to celebrate your unforgettable Texas journey.

Day 6 – Friday: Farewell

What is the group size?

This is an intimate trip with a maximum of 12 guests to ensure personalized experiences and seamless logistics.

Most travellers from the UK, EU, and many other countries do not need a visa but must apply for ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) to enter the United States. Ensure your passport is valid for the duration of your stay. We’ll send full guidance upon booking.

Are flights included?
No, flights are not included. You will book your own flights to and from Austin, ensuring arrival in time for our welcome experience on Day 1.

Should I fly directly to Austin?

We recommend our overseas guests fly into New York first before connecting to Austin. This helps break up the journey, reduces travel fatigue, and often offers cheaper flight options.

Can I come solo?
Absolutely. Most guests join solo and leave with lifelong friends. Choose a shared room for a roommate match or a private room if you prefer your own space.

What is the fitness level required?

This trip involves light to moderate activity, including walking tours, wine tastings, horseback riding, and line dancing. Most activities are accessible to anyone with a basic level of fitness. If you have specific concerns, please contact us to discuss alternate arrangements.

What’s the payment plan?
Secure your spot with a deposit at booking. The remaining balance is split into installments, with final payment due 60 days before departure.

Is the deposit refundable?

No, all deposits are non-refundable. This is because your deposit secures your spot on the trip and covers upfront costs we commit to on your behalf.
