Day 1 – Sunday: Arrival & Welcome
Arrive and settle into our luxury Ubud villa. Enjoy fresh coconuts and soothing welcome massages. Gather for a sunset dinner at a contemporary Balinese fine dining restaurant.

Day 2 – Monday: Culinary Immersion & Spa
Morning market visit and traditional Balinese cooking class. Afternoon of bliss with massage, scrub, and flower bath rituals at a local spa. Evening dinner at an elegant forested garden restaurant.

Day 3 – Tuesday: Volcano Sunrise & Balinese Dinner
Pre-dawn private Mount Batur sunrise trek, or an optional East Bali cultural tour. Evening private dinner prepared by a local chef at the villa.

Day 4 – Wednesday: Culture & NYE Celebration
Full day Ubud tour exploring sacred temples, jungle swings, waterfalls, artisan coffee plantations, and the Monkey Forest. Evening dinner at our villa followed by a NYE party with our private DJ under the stars and a midnight champagne toast. 

Day 5 – Thursday: Seminyak Arrival & Shopping
Morning villa breakfast. Transfer to Seminyak for boutique shopping and brunch at a stylish Australian café. Afternoon spa treatments. Evening sunset dinner at a rustic wood-fired grill restaurant.

Day 6 – Friday: Horses & Surf
Villa breakfast, then horseback riding along one of Bali’s most stunning beaches. Afternoon artisanal coffee tasting and private surf lesson. Dinner at a stylish beach club. 

Day 7 – Saturday: Island Adventure
Private full-day Nusa Penida tour with snorkelling alongside manta rays, dramatic cliffside views, and a scenic lunch at a beach club overlooking Mount Agung. Evening sunset dinner at the villa.

Day 8 – Sunday: Farewell
Farewell breakfast at the villa before departures.

What is the group size?

This is an intimate trip with a maximum of 12 guests to ensure personalized experiences and seamless logistics.

Are flights included?

No, flights are not included. You will book your own flights to and from Bali, ensuring arrival in time for our welcome meeting on Day 1.

Can I come solo?

Absolutely. Most guests join solo and leave with lifelong friends. Choose a shared room for a roommate match or a private room if you prefer your own space.

Do I need to be fit for the Mount Batur trek?
Moderate fitness is ideal for the sunrise trek. An alternate cultural tour is available for those who prefer.

Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes – please share them with us in advance. 

Is this beginner-friendly for surfing?

Absolutely – instructors adapt lessons to all experience levels. Alternate experiences are available for guests who prefer not to surf.

What about horseback riding?

Horseback riding is suitable for most fitness levels, but alternate experiences will be provided for guests who cannot or prefer not to participate.

What’s the rooming situation?
Choose a shared twin room or a private room in our luxury villas, both with premium amenities and pools.

Do I need a visa to join this trip?

Most travellers from the UK, US, and EU can enter Bali visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism. However, requirements can change, so we recommend checking official government guidance before booking and ensuring your passport has at least 6 months validity upon arrival. We’ll send full guidance upon booking.

What’s the payment plan?
Secure your spot with a deposit. The remaining balance is split into installments, with the final payment due 60 days before departure.

Is the deposit refundable?

No, all deposits are non-refundable. This is because your deposit secures your spot on the trip and covers upfront costs we commit to on your behalf.
