Day 1 – Sunday: Welcome to Tokyo
Arrive and settle into our luxury Tokyo hotel. Enjoy sunset canapés and champagne at a rooftop with panoramic city views to begin your Japanese escape.

Day 2 – Monday: Tokyo Culture & Cuisine
Spend the morning on a guided tour with a local expert, uncovering Tokyo’s hidden gems. For lunch, indulge in an exquisite omakase dining experience. The evening continues with dinner at an upscale wagyu restaurant, followed by exploring the iconic alleys and nightlife of Omoide Yokocho.

Day 3 – Tuesday: Culinary Delights
Begin with another enriching guided cultural tour, then savor lunch at a premium sushi restaurant. In the afternoon, enjoy a traditional Japanese tea tasting experience, before an evening wagyu and sake pairing dinner showcasing Japan’s finest flavors.

Day 4 – Wednesday: Kyoto Arrival & Exploration
Travel by first-class bullet train from Tokyo to Kyoto. Experience afternoon tea at the Four Seasons, followed by a sunset tour of Kyoto’s historic streets. Dinner will be at a refined Kyoto restaurant featuring local sashimi specialities.

Day 5 – Thursday: Arashiyama & Fushimi Inari
Begin the day with an early train to Saga-Arashiyama for a private bamboo forest tour, then visit hidden teahouses and artisan spots. Wander the charming Arashiyama streets before lunch at a local traditional eatery. In the afternoon, experience a private guided Fushimi Inari shrine tour, and end the day with dinner at a Michelin-rated Kyoto restaurant.

Day 6 – Friday: Hakone Retreat
Take a morning first-class bullet train to Odawara, and arrive at your Hakone ryokan. Embark on a Lake Ashi VIP cruise to Togendai, followed by a ropeway ride to Owakudani volcanic valley for a guided exploration. Return to your ryokan for a traditional kaiseki dinner and private onsen relaxation.

Day 7 – Saturday: Farewell
Rise early for a sunrise visit to Peace Torii, followed by a farewell breakfast at your Hakone ryokan before departures.

Can I come solo?
Absolutely. Most guests join solo and leave with lifelong friends. Choose a shared room for a roommate match or a private room if you prefer your own space.

Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes – please share them with us in advance. 

What is the fitness level required?

This trip involves moderate activity, including walking tours, exploring temples and shrines, and light trekking during sightseeing. Most activities are accessible to anyone with a basic level of fitness. If you have specific mobility concerns, please contact us to discuss alternate arrangements.

What is the group size?

This is an intimate trip with a maximum of 12 guests to ensure personalized experiences and seamless logistics.

What’s the payment plan?
Secure your spot with a deposit at booking. The remaining balance is split into installments, with final payment due 60 days before departure.

Is the deposit refundable?

No, all deposits are non-refundable. This is because your deposit secures your spot on the trip and covers upfront costs we commit to on your behalf.
