These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through Arivico (“we,” “us,” “our”) via www.travelarivico.com. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise. Full payment or deposit is required to secure your booking. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout.

2. Deposits & Final Payments

Deposits are non-refundable. If a trip is cancelled before the final payment is due, only the deposit will be retained. Once the final payment has been received, no refunds will be issued.

3. Cancellation by You

If you cancel your booking:

• Before final payment: your deposit will be forfeited, and no further payment will be due.
  
• After final payment: no refunds will be issued.
  

4. Cancellation by Us

If we must cancel your trip for any reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip of equal value.

5. Changes to Bookings

We reserve the right to make necessary itinerary changes due to safety, operational requirements, or external circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you as soon as possible.

6. Eligibility & Responsibility

By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and accept full responsibility for complying with all health, visa, and travel requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, imagery, and materials provided remain the property of Arivico or licensed partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arivico is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, or damage, arising from your use of our services or participation in trips.
